Don't use Trident Towing!

Steer clear of Trident Towing unless you want terrible customer service!
Ordered some parts on Monday on understanding they were needed at 8.30am today (Wed) so needed to be delivered yesterday.
They didn't arrive. TT lied & blamed the delay on Parcel Force but when they eventually gave me the tracking number I realised that a) they were sent over 24h later than they said and b) they were sent on a 48h service not a 24h.
Won't be using them again!

I've used Trident Towing twice for tow bars. Very friendly and professional. I've found their service to be excellent.
Seems like a mistake could have been made in sending 48hr rather than 24hr.The man without a signature.0
