                    Hi,
I have just received an offer of employment and I am due to return my signed contract but the only thing that bugs me is that there is an on call requirement every other week that will be part of my role but it is not mentioned in my contract.
I queried this with HR but they said this is part of the role but they do not include this in the offer.
Is this normal?
Thanks...

Didn't the subject of on-call come up at interview?
 What on-call package are the offering?Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0

Yes, the role was advertised with the on-call renumeration stated.
We discussed this in the interview how it would work, so its every other week I would be on-call.
But when I receive my contract there is no mention of it, and like I said HR's response to my query is that it is not included in the offer.
They are offering extra money if I work the on-call, standard stuff just curious as to why it may be omitted from contract?
 Thanks...0
