You're in a job you dislike, but the rewards are good. Redundancy is likely within 12 months, and your years of service would mean a nice exit package.
Do you look for another job that is more suitable, and commands a higher salary and leave, or sit it out for redundancy? The market is a bit hit and miss at the moment, opportunities ebb and flow.
