Productivity - personal data?

Our company is planning to put each employee's individual productivity on a whiteboard for everyone in the company to see (why, I'm not sure - everyone is against it!). Is this a breach of the DPA as would productivity be classed as personal information?

Thanks in advance :)

I'd hate it too but I don't think it would count as personal information.

Your name, date of birth, phone number, personal email address, address would be.
