Mortage availability with my credit rating??!..

Hi I'm wondering if any mortgage savvy forum members would be able to advise please?
I have a credit rating of 560 wich is classed as poor with experian I have 2 defaults due to expire in 2016 and a CCJ that is marked as paid but will no 'drop off' until March 2016.
What are the chances of me being accepted for a mortage and what sort of interest could I be looking at?
I have a permenant contract and a good salary so affordability isn't the issue (unless the monthly rate is extreme).
Many thanks!!!

The rating stated by your credit reference agency is irrelevant to your changes of obtaining a mortgage.
With an adverse history such as you describe there may be options but those options depend on numerous factors, deposit being a key one.
The way to find out is to consult a broker.I am a Mortgage Broker
