Access to Work

Hi All,
I have been offered a job and decided to take it although I am still a bit reluctant about the job. My benefits will stop once I start employment and I have been told I am eligible for the access to work scheme.
I just wanted to know what type of support or help is available? This will be my second job in my entire life and it is at a big well known organisation, so I am a bit nervous and anxious at how it will all go.
Thanks
