It used to be sent on a Sunday, but these days it's any day really. I cashed in Paypal last week and got it the next day. Have you checked your spam folder? Also check on your account under 'My Orders' and see what the status is for it. You may need to open a ticket if it hasn't arrived by now. Good luck and I hope you get it soon.

Should be on both.
I always get mine on a sunday, but there have been a couple of times I have had to wait a bit longer.
If you have not received it by next sunday I would contact them.0 -
