Hi nd have been fantastic they have looked at my circumstances told me to cancel iva. They are going to help me with everything for a dro . I've just had a conversation with the bay life after several text messages saying that the iva have been in touch with him and are processing the paperwork he said they have until 7pm or he is removing goods. But I own nothing at this house but still says he can. He also said he had police and locksmith but said he wod ring them if need be if I obstruct him . He told me he was round the corner then said he was half hour away an was calling at another property. He told me after my friend spoke to him to say he had receipts for everything that my friend said I wasn't going through with iva . We were stood next to each other. They are bullies . I know it's my fault but for a while I've robbed Peter to pay Paul lost my home and I'm trying to sort it out. But these people don't care0

Nd have been fantastic advised me to quit iva . So put that in writing this morning . But biff has been threatening satin he spoken with her an she has until 7pm to get paper work sorted or he will remove regardless if I own things or not. He said so hoping what she is doing will stop it until I get to court tomorrow for a Warren of execution . He said that he was round corner an had police etc with him but said if I 9bdtructed him he would ring them an get the locksmith when my friend spoke to him to say it's his flat he has receipts he asked my friend if I am going for iva he said yes but when I got back on phone he tried to tell me that my friend said no . We were stood together and on speaker phone . I'm going to go for an dro as it's my best option and speaking with nd I feel miles better . They are fantastic .0

Hi Paula
I’m glad you found it useful to speak to us today.
If the bailiff is collecting for a water debt am I right in thinking they’re enforcing a county court judgement (CCJ)?
If it is for a CCJ the bailiff, or High Court Enforcement Officer, isn’t allowed to break into your home as long as they haven’t been allowed inside already to take control of goods, and you keep the door locked.
If it’s a High Court Enforcement Officer you could potentially apply to the High Court for a stay of execution to stop the enforcement officer being used. You could call us again if you’d like some further clarification on dealing with the bailiff/enforcement officer. We’re open until 9pm on weekdays.

Hi
It is a ccj I think . It's the high court so I will apply for that tomorrow one of his threats I'd this
I have a locksmith and the police have been informed - your goods will be removed
But shortly after he rang me laughing at my offer saying he had the power to take anything belonging to anyone he has done this job for.9 years so he knows what he can and can't do .
This was just after saying that Anna from the iva rang him . My friend Is at the property now and he's no where insight I'm currently at work but he has tried to ring at 7.05pm . I was more bothered about him taking my friends things or return to my old address which my daughter now rents.
After applying for the state of execution should I then cancel the iva or do it ASAP0 -
Ignore any threats the bailiff makes (coming back with police, obstructing them is a criminal offence, I'll use a locksmith to break in ...).
.He also said he had police and locksmith but said he wod ring them if need be if I obstruct him .
I must be psychic...
We once had a disgruntled ex-bailiff as a client at the CAB. We asked him what was the best way to deal with a bailiff. His reply:
Laugh at them through the f*ck*ng window!
Glad to hear ND will be helping you to get a DRO. £90 well spent.0 -
He still hasn't been so I will keep everything locked until I know he can't come back . In the last few hours this forum and nd have helped me so much0
