Downloadable Mortgage Calculator

I am looking for a downloadable calculator or excel spreadsheet which will allow me to see the interest paid compared to the capital paid over a term of a mortgage i.e.
Year 1, Starting balance, Capital Repaid, interest paid, monthly payment, total interest paid etc.
Year 2, Starting balance, Capital Repaid, interest paid, monthly payment, total interest paid etc.
Year 3 etc etc.
I would also like to be able to see what affect adding fees to the loan will have on the mortgage. For example on repayment mortgages with big fees you could end up owing almost as much at the end of the deal period than you borrowed in the first place.
What tools do the other brokers use?
