                    Hi all,
As you can see I am new here and need some help.
I left my last job after serving my one months notice on 3rd July. Unfortunately despite receiving my payslip I haven't received my wages for the last month at work. I have emailed my employer but they haven't acknowledged my email.
After handing my notice in my employer refused to speak to me and therefore means telephoning isn't an option.
What are my options and what can I do? All help is greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

You may not be paid until the next payroll run. What date are you normally paid on?0

Usually the last day of the month0

It's possible you won't get paid until the end of the month.
At this stage all you can do is write and ask where your wages are, and make it clear that you are owed wages and will take legal action to secure them if necessary. I'd suggest recorded delivery mail rather than email - it's proof of postage.0

Thanks, I will do that and see what happens. Perhaps I should see if I get paid at the end of this month and see what happens. Thanks for your quick response 0 0

It might sound a silly question (could be me, so apologies in advance)
 Your wages eg
You work 40 hours in March - these hours are paid end of March
 or
You work 40 hours in March and this gets paid end of April.

In a way if you have had a wage slip that does sound a positive step, if you dont get anything the end of the month, send a recorded delievery letter xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0
