Can anyone help me please.
I have incurable cancer and am trying to stay in my family home after a divorce. Ex wants her money and is pushing to make me to sell. I need to raise aprox £40,000. My problem is, I have no job, most lenders do not allow ESA, as income. I'm 52, so no equity release. There is no mortgage on home.
This is possibly my last chance of someone suggesting a solution.
I have not done anything wrong its just the circumstances I find myself in. Any idea's will be greatly received.
Thanks for reading.

There are a couple of lenders who will accept ESA, im not sure it will give you £50k but it may give you enough to get your ex off your back with the arrangement that the remainder is payable in the future?
Im assuming you do not have a critical illness policy anywhere that you may be able to claim on?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
