I had an accident while at work in nov 2005 which has left me unable to work ive just found out that the health and safety didnt investigate my accident and they have addmitted liability ive had to send a letter of complaint to the Parlimentary Ombudsman.
Because the health and safety didnt investigate my accident it has damaged my case for compensation from my employer.
Does anyone have any knowledge of what might happen as this has left me in financial difficulty as i can no longer support myself.
