Natwest HomeBuyers Report

All,
We are midway through a house purchase and had a Homebuyers Report completed. We received back one sheet of double sided A4 paper. Now I think this has all the relevant information on however my partner thinks we should have received some glossy full report and thinks we've overpaid and just been given a Valuation.
HAs anybody else had a Homebuyers Report completed by Natwest and if so what format was it returned in?
Thanks in advance

That's just the mortgage report & valuation.
Have you received and returned terms of engagement directly from/to the surveyor as your report won;t be released to you until you do.
You have contracted with the surveyor directly, so your report comes directly to you when the terms have been done.

Thanks KingStreet - I followed this up with Natwest and 'by error' they only instructed the valuation - sale has now gone through and they are refunding the difference - I have complained and asked for a full refund including that paid for the valuation as I feel it's a little naughty - will update the post when I hear back!0

Yes - we purchased based on the valuation report. Ideally we would have liked the Homebuyers Report as we originally asked for.
The property is in a development both of our parents live in so we know the property was built structurally well.0 -
