sequestration in scotland bt telephone/broadband/sky?

can you give me some advice as to what will happen to my phone line and broadband which are both with virginmedia and sky tv and bt phone line when the law/ new personal sequetration act comes into action in april 2008 in scotland?

will the offical reciever allow me to keep them all as they are all in
credit with no outstading balance due?

If the AIB is going to deal with these things in a way similar to that of the Official Receiver in the rest of the UK, then they will be fine with you continuing these contracts (as long as they are not in arrears). However, the cost of them must be met from the surplus income allowed to you once any repayments to your creditors (if any) have been decided upon.
