PPI - Paragon i need help

I applied for a loan in 2004, secured for £10k for 10 years. I went through the internet and ticked boxes on e-loans. they found me Paragon as they were the only ones who could offer me anything. The box was already ticked for Payment Protection, I didn’t realise what I was getting. Yet I do recall being told to get it as it would be better.

I think it is a single premium loan, but not sure. I intend to pay off my loan next year when i sell my place. PPD can be for 5 or 10 years but I don’t even remember choosing a period.I would receive the Insurance premium back after 10 years if I don't make a successful claim then I will be eligible for the reward as long as i don't settle the loan early.

Am I able to claim back?
