You can earn 100 Nectar points by simply giving an insurance (car, house, pet, travel) renewal date. I can't post the link as I'm a new user (annoying). The link is on sainsburys bank website.
100 points is only worth 50p but for 30secs work it's worth it. Sainsburys have large chocolate cookies in the sandwiches section for 50p - afternoon coffee snack! Yummy :-@
