Anyone had any dealings with them - they seem to be doing the best 3 year deal at the moment for me, 3 year tracker @1.5% with no up front fees 65% LTV.
Not sure whether to go with a tracker or fixed, I know the only way for the BOE interest rate is to go up - but it aint gonna happen this year and maybe not next as it will kill the economy.
