Its still looking like i'll be able to come and meet you all, i've got a little bit of a sniffle, but i should be fighting fit for saturday

I'm pretty sure theres a mixture, I myself am single, coming alone and not much of a drinker but i'm sure we'll all get on great, there's also a few couples coming.

Right I'm all sorted.. dyed my hair yesterday so have a new do especially for the occassion... oooooh I can't wait I can't believe it's tomorrow! :eek:

So as it stands here's the details as far as I gather

Where: Opposite the tower on the beach
When: 1pm (I'll be there from about 1.30 as I'm easy to recognise) see my avatar just bare in mind I usually wear glasses... lol)
What we're doing: Picnic/natter on the beach, pleasure beach in the afternoon plus anything else we fancy (I don't know blackpool so don't know exactly what we'll end up doing! lol! We've got to have a big group photo though!), then for anyone staying late we could hit a few pubs and generally let our hair down and relax.

If anyone has any other suggestions or questions we need to get them sorted out today as obviously people will be travelling tomorrow or later on tonight.

Looking at the weather here right now it's looking more likely that our picnic on the beach will have to turn into toasted teacakes inside a cafe somewhere. God help whatever cafe owner we descend on !!!

I'm still coming Sea, and I'm bringing the kids too - are you going to bring yours? We are going to stop for the beach/cafe/Pleasure Beach bit, and then go and see the illuminations early evening-ish.

If the wind keeps away it should be quite pleasant actually. It's just miserable right now
