I feel silly asking this question but I hate salmon and never usually buy it- If I want to make salmon and cucumber sandwiches should I get pink or red?
Also, what do I mix it with to make it really tasty?

I would buy red salmon. Better quality. But pink is good for sandwiches and a little cheaper.0

I would buy red. No need to mix it with anything apart from cucumber if you want to. It is what it is.
I do my Mothers shopping and she buys it so I know how big a tin you get for the price. Its premium food and should be treated as such0 -
Thank you all, red it is!0

if your making a lot of sarnies I used to buy the pink and dollop a dash of ketchup in it (colours it to a darker shade
:):)), not forgetting the splash of vinegar to make it streeetch a bit further
I dice the cucumber as well to make it streetch rather than slice as well.God I am a frugal old woman:):) comes from growing up with rationing and a Mum who could make a ten bob note streetch until it squeeked

Aldi salmon is as good as the best quality brands and more economical.0
