Interim charging order

Hi new here and hoping for some help.
My partner is trying to sell his house. On the official copy of the register of title it shows an equitable charge created by an interim charging order. This dates back nearly 9 years.
He doesn't really remember what it was for etc and how much. How can we find this out? I understand that as it's over 6 years it won't be easy to get the details from the court?
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

On the title register there should also be a section detailing the name and address of the beneficiary it'll be them who have the charge0
