Liability Order Hearing

Have any of the PWCs on here attended the hearing? Just wondered whether it's worth going.
This will be the second Liability Order secured on this case and I'm curious as to whether that will be discussed or if this will be merely a paper-stamping exercise.
The NRP did not attend the first hearing so have no doubt he will stay away this time as well.

I've always believed they were rubber-stamping exercises, but have never attended one.0
