Jane Norman not making it easy..

Options
I've seen a dress I like at Jane Norman, but I can only order it paying £3.95 delivery, or pick it up in a shop 10 miles from where I live (similar cost in transport..). Then if it doesn't fit (I've never worn Jane Norman before so I'm unsure of the size), I have to pay for return and they don't allow store returns!!

So min £5-£6 just to try a dress on??!!

They are really not making it easy...

Phone the shop and see if they'll come and collect you and deliver you back after.

I doubt it as their shops went bust :)! I ordered 2 dresses from Asos with free delivery and free returns, much easier...

House of Fraser sell some Jane Norman stuff I think, maybe they have it? I know their returns are free and delivery is free if you spend over a certain amount.

Why would they ? I don't suppose they'll be that bothered if you don't buy it.

I thought under distance selling regulations they can't charge for cancellations/returns?

They ask you to pay for postage, and it's not possible to return in any other way.
