I am self employed and my accounts show little earnings. [about £6000]
I also have two part time jobs and am part of a partnership which earns a little money. I am looking to set up another small buisiness letting property abroad and need £10000 which would cover the purchase and any building, plumbing etc. I have £2000 in abank as back up and have been researching this investment for nearly two years. The problem is, i cant get a loan as i am self employed. I have contacted my bank and they say there is not enough money turning over. Oh, im not a home owner either, forgot about that.
My credit history shows now missed payments on anything and the only negative would be too little history.
I will get this loan somehow but would like to avoid paying 99.9% if possible.
Some of the options that have been mentioned involves getting a "second" set off accounts but dont really want to do that. Can any one tell me which companies are the best to apply to for unsecured self cert loans. I realise that im going to be paying a higher rate than most people but dont want to get a load of credit searches to my name. PLease help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Well done Joe,

Very lucky though. Under banking code rules they really shouldn't have lent you that much money given your earnings - regardless of how good you think the investment might be.

Smile :), it makes people wonder what you have been up to.
