Hi everyone!
I received a letter yesterday and it's got me confused
OK, so I have a Monument credit card. They transferred the agreement and outstanding balance to Raphael Bank in June this year. Now Raphael Bank have transferred all rights to CompuCredit and CompuCredit have transferred the agreement and outstanding balance to Arrow Global LLC and now Arrow Global have appointed CBS Transcom to manage the account.
What!!!! Who on earth owns the account now and who do I pay the payments to??

Ok
You need to send a request for a consumer credit agreement and a letter of assignment with £1 to find out who has the right to collect the money.
I would also suggest that you refer them to the OFT guidelines that advise that the use of multiple debt collection agencies is unfair.
The starting point is probably CBS Transcom?
if they produce that, it should be safe to pay them.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
