Hi, i will be selling my flat in december and need to get a bigger mortgage for a bigger house. can you run me through step by step what i should be doing and when. when sould i put my flat on the market even though i cant sell till december? when should i get my new mortgage sorted out? etc etc etc....

Best thing is see a broker. you can put flat on market any time as long as you make clear to purchasers that it wont complete until december. its probably a bit early to go house hunting and sort out mortgageI like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0
