Okay....it's a corny title; but an interesting documentary.
One of those C4 "expose's". This time, 5 top line Estate Agents dealing with some of London's most prime real estate, are caught in a sting type action.
The sting : "Boris" is a rather too open dodgy Russian politician looking to set up his model gf in a posh London residence using the proceeds from skimming Russian government money.
Anti-Laundering legislation under POCA will be familiar to many here. It requires everyone who suspects money laundering to file a report.
This slight detail seems to have escaped the 5 EAs in the show. They were either incompetent/ignorant/insidious (*delete as appropriate)
Perhaps we already knew this is happening, but just how much of London topline property is being bought using dodgy money?
