Can't open Amazon invoice

I'm using an iPad mini and I'm trying to open an invoice for an item I bought from Amazon some time back, but I can't get to the printable version to open. I've tried other products but with the same results. I can open Order Details no bother.

The problem occurs on my two browsers Safari and Chrome. It's a faulty item and just within guarantee. How can I get a copy of the invoice?

Is there a reason you need a copy invoice, usually if you contact the seller they will send you the forms you need to return item

It's a faulty ice cream attachment for a Kenwood Chef (the bowl won't freeze properly) I've been in contact with Kenwood and they've contacted me saying

...Can you Please provide me with a copy of your Amazon receipt to verify the warranty, once received I am happy to replace the freezer bowl

so I want to get the exchange before the guarantee expires But as I said in my OP I can't open the invoice in my iPad mini

Why didn't I honk of that? Oh yes I know I've only got a tablet at the moment
