Can't Find the Cashback on Woolwich Mortgages?

I'm looking to re-mortgage as I'm currently on Natwest's standard variable rate.
I've used the MSE Best Buy Mortgage calculator to find me the best Fixed Rate 10 year mortgage with a low setup fee and it's pointed me towards the Woolwich (Barclays) mortgages.
MSE claims there is a £35 setup fee and £475 cashback, however I can see no mention at all of this cashback when I follow the link to the website?
