Our developer has been very hands off. We are two weeks past when we should have exchanged but as they know we are doing our best, they are relaxed, though I am overpaying for the property!0

we had an actual update from our broker after work this afternoon to say the report had been returned, so hopefully will know more tomorrow or monday regarding the offer.

quick update - offer text received today
after some heavy pushing from the broker escalating our case to the manager things got resolved after 1 day.
cant wait to check out the building stage of the house now !
