Nationwide Mortgage Admin fee

Hi, I requested my Mortgage redemption from Nationwide. I have received secure message today with redemption amount which is current mortgage bal + ERP calculated at 2%.
It does not mention anything relating to Administration charge of £65. Nationwide tariff of charges says:-
Charged when you repay your main mortgage in full more than 10 years before the natural term ends, unless
you are taking a new Nationwide mortgage at the same time.
Although I have been making regular monthly overpayments on my account. According to internet banking it shows redemption date of January 2022. Without my overpayments the redemption date would have been more than 10 years.
Because of the overpayments does that mean £65 is not payable?
