Environmental Search Issue

I wonder if somebody could help.

We have had environmental searches sent back to us by our solicitor.

In the environmental search there is a comment saying

"There are recorded landfill sites within 25 metres of the property. The presence of a landfill site may effect the value of the property during certain periods of the yer/weather conditions unpleasant smells may emanate from the site in question. The search indicates the landfill site may relate to an old brick works and the search result isnt a "pass" we will forward the search to your mortgage lender for their consideration"

Is this something a lender may walk away from?
