£60ish is too much to lose so I emailed HO to see if they could add the vouchers back to my account. Not only did they not, they suspended my account including the other £20ish I had in there which means they have (taken/removed/stolen/nicked/kindly confiscated) £80 from my account.

I still have my original account which also had £80 of vouchers so thought I'd better spend it all today just in case.

Should Mr A investigate further ?

Yep...oh knows if he pops anything onto the wrong side of my trolley it will get scanned before it's placement is confirmed
