    Need help from 3v experts.

I have bought my very first of the new pay.com... but all of the cards have been declined.

    Any suggestions?

Thinking I may need to leave them 24 hours.
Do I raise this with tosco or pay.com?

    Thanks x

Check your activation slips from T to make sure they say activation successful - if not, you need to take them back to store. Some people have had activation failed yet still been charged (I had one card activated twice previously and charged twice for the same card - activation slip shows card number from memory).

    Hth

Defiantly £1.10 in my store, got the last 4 from the shelf - SEL said £4.40 :)

On Sunday the SA had the reduced price ticket in her hand and there was a big discussion between about 4 assistants, strange behaviour. She said they scanned at 4.40, I went for the 9 pk scented at 96p instead, put them in the car went back for more but they had gone......were under every till for the SA to buy, there was hardly any room for them to sit!!!!

No I put random email address, but yes I have added the points all together, you think it will ale a difference doing it at different times of the day?

I don't think it could hurt

They could be tracking anything (email address similarities, IP address, timings)

I'm not sure if the suspension is decided by a machine or a person but you could always input Friday evening/Sat/Sun/Monday morning ie input 4 codes outside of business hours to reduce the chance of a person connecting the dots
