Yes lots of people, see their FB. It is since the app update. Also issues uploading receipts. If you refresh the list of offers it sometimes solves it.

Shouldn't make too much difference that you are a distance away, are you sure you don't just need to reset your router or has it always been like that.

WiFi extenders do work, we have installed a few in our time and they have done the job
