Some of my foodie holiday momentos:)

    1. Fragrant jasmine rice to use in Persisn dishes. I'm planning to try some of these fab recipe.
    2. Sundried tomatoes and the best chilli oil ever. A whole bottle of this oil lasts me nearly a year. Too good for pizzas...I save for special risottos and pastas.. Rubbed shoulders with Julian Lloyd Webber in Broadway Deli buying this.
    3. Milk vodka....bought out of curiosity .....must read up on it
    4. Stokes Tomato Ketchup made only with Italian Tomatoes. Best you can buy in my opinion
    5. Lucy's strawberry jam bought from a little tea shop....will bring back memories of the lovely cream teas we had. The shop was spotlessly clean with squeaky clean little square tea shop windows. The waitress carefully asked the lady next to us about her Gluton intolerance.....was it a medical condition or a lifestyle choice?
    6. The Huffkins Chutney which was devine on their cheese scones.

There was also a jar of homemade drambuie marmalade which didn't make it home :o

I've come back from holiday with renewed vigour to try some new recipes and experiment a bit more.

Tea tonight taken straight out of the S magazine this month.
Roasted courgettes, peppers and garlic, avocado drizzled in lemon, whoopsied falafels:)

Tahini dressing made with low fat yoghurt

Served on a bed of lettuce.

    Delicious:T
