It's very normal for the full pending amount to be held, then adjusted to the actual cost and that's what the card will be charged.

It's not normal for the full pending amount to be charged as that would mean a separate refund would have to be issued which would show on a credit/debit card statement as a credit refund.

Just a quickie to say that there is an email from Bzz about the cracker crisp coupons - apologising that they expire tomorrow and that they'll be sending digital coupon codes in the next few weeks :cool:
