I posted last week sometime about my sada.com account being suspended even though I hadn't breached any T&Cs. Juju sent me the name of someone higher up at sada so I sent them off an email hoping it would do the trick. Unfortunately not and this is the email I received back :(

Thank you for your email to Andy Clarke about your online account having been suspended. As part of Andy’s team I’ve been asked to investigate and respond on his behalf.

I’m sorry you are unhappy with the decision to suspend your account due to the high number and value of evouchers used on these accounts. As my colleague has advised there are limitations to the number of evouchers used and I understand your frustration as these have been issued by Asda, however, as in our Terms and Conditions

We may withhold or refuse payment and/or withdraw or suspend the Asda Price Guarantee (or any part of it) at any time without notice where we suspect fraud or abuse, or where vouchers have been incorrectly calculated. The Asda Price Guarantee is limited to one claim per comparison.

We are closely monitoring the usage of APG evouchers across our Home Shopping site and are constantly reviewing accounts which have been suspended as a result of suspected abuse. I’m afraid I’m unable to reinstate your account at this time. However, it may be the account maybe reactivated in the coming months.

Thanks again for getting in touch. If there’s anything further I can help you with, please let me know.

    Kind regards

I've already got another account but I've obviously lost the vouchers on this one
