Tiny thought you lost 2lbs :).

    You not altered your signature.

If I manage to keep it off all week while away I will update it next week. Huge fish and chips today. And cooked breakfast so won't have done me any favours. So have feeling might put it on again. :o

I only know of one good preventative and that's eating a small spoonful of marmite. I start eating it a few days before and then try and remember to do a small spoon of it at night. They don't like yeast apparently

That only works of course if you like marmite

Thankyou, I knew someone would say marmite.

OH and the kids eat it by the jar full, its vile stuff, I absolutely hate it, and I just couldnt eat it. They never get bitten, so I know it works.

Can you put it inside something small (bread perhaps) and just swallow it? I used to swallow brussel sprouts as a child coz Mum made me eat three -- I wasn't allowed to refuse any. It worked as it bypasses taste-buds! Might be worth it if mosquitos will then avoid you!
