I have weighed myself early this week but don't think will keep it off benefit of having caravan we have jam roly poly in the oven and treated us to TS finest vanilla custard.
Didn't get much shopping today for £20 but that's why I whoopsie and glitch rest of year.Xmas and holiday food have never needed to budget too extreme thanks to the Elite. :T

Absolutely wonderful - I've now joined the 'reported' list and been told off for not being friendly and nice by the MSE Team ! Jeez, I just hope some of the snidey, rude and unpleasant people who pop up on here with monotonous regularity have also been told off for their sly digs.
The forum team react to complaints, "some" posters have the time to report others.
I'm retired and my free time is 24/7, I still dont have the time to report posters on here, it is futile.0 -

Di you may find anything ginger may help, my mum used to swear by ginger biscuits while having radiotherapy and other times when meds made her nauseous. She also had a liking for TS finest ginger ale.

Thanks TS I had some christilized ginger in the cupboard so I have also been having a bit of that. Thankfully it's a flavour I have always loved x0 -
