DSis is worried it's going to be wet on Saturday for TJ but I don't worry about things I have no control over ie the weather;)

    Hi Swad,

If you are outside of the +/- 3lbs then you get a grace week, if the following week you are back in target range it costs you nothing however if you are still outside the range you have to pay for that week AND the previous grace week.

    Hope that helps.

    edit to add:

Also, target members don't have to WI every week... SW website says at least once every two months (I thought it was 4 weeks, maybe it's changed), It's nice to skip WI at xmas for example to give a bit more time to get back to range :money:

the info is on SW's website, but consultants can override fees if they wish.

Cheers my lovely, my. Hubby is foing it as well so im getting weighed every week as an encouragement 4 him & to stop me going back to my naughty ways

Had my first free Cafe Neeo coffee on O2 Priority - didn't realise you could have stabdard or large size drink :).

Finally found Chocco Lait in M which is free on CS and CoS - it is in the sandwich/meal deal type fridge not in the main fridge section.

    Tunnocks are 81p for 6 in M - £1 Shopit :).

OMG - just had another phone call from the Restorative Justice Coordinator. Sure they are on wind up! Seemly the Offender is in agreement but it depends on Granny! However "Granny is not in at the moment as she is out! Don't quite know how "Granny" has got into the equation but I suggest that they play the call back and then they hear what a bunch of !!!!! they sound like!

Told them to email me in future as with a bit of luck it will go to my spam folder!
