They should do - but I was a little concerned because, out of the 8 missing vouchers, I only had email confirmations for 4 of them. I wanted to make sure that they did have the right info. Also, with what sounds like a LOT of outstanding vouchers, I reckon the chance of some going astray/missing is quite high. Once they confirm the outstanding ones and log the phone call details it makes it easier to chase up next week if they don't all arrive.ELITE 5:2

I think a lot of these decisions are based on cost v benefit these days ....and this is not aimed at you nanny.... But in our County there is now funding for Health Trainers to go into the home and work with families who for whatever reason are unable to make the healthiest life style choices. It's expensive but if it works it will save money all round.....better dental care for children, healthier eating, less heart disease and cancers......happier people:T
