did you confirm your id. otherwise there is a limit as to how much you can do. clearly stated on their web page.

cant remember exactly how i confirmed myself, but the main id i used was to take photo copy of my driving licence (and picture part) to my local police station. they signed to say it was me.
this was the only free way i could do it. your local police may charge though.

There is no actual option that says open a new account I think you just go on the website and put in another email etc and take it from there. I be done it before now as it's quicker than sending them info in the post.

hope all are well
enjoying my break from money saving and the withdrawal pangs are getting less painful as the months go on. Not managed to clear my house of clutter but just enjoying normal life:T (whatever that is but feels great to not be shopping)

Anyway just popped on to say check your emails, if you applied for the recent come round panasonic IPL party you should have received a shortlsting email if you have been accepted. It's first come first served so need to click on link to confirm participation. Site is very busy and slow but do get through in the end.
