Sorry to hear that you are having problems. it is highly likely many of us know more about how APG works than the vast majority of their staff, including those working specifically on APG. :A. The downside is when we try explaining what is wrong they don't understand so fall back on the system is infallible defence. Now, we don't want it to run perfwct, as we would lose the glitches, but it should at least play by their published rules .

Grr! Moved to Virgin media 2 weeks ago and everything went smoothly, or so I thought. Turns out they hadn't done something properly to transfer the phone number from BT to Virgin properly, so BT took it back!

Had made arrangements for people to leave messages on my home phone for me and I ring in to check the answerphone. Turns out people are getting the number unobtainable message and can't leave messages.

One phone call to Virgin and they can see the problem and will sort it before I get back from holiday, but misses the point that people can't leave me messages and I have another fortnight of BT line rental.

Certainly not phoning Virgin to complain again while I'm on holiday, but need to sort out when I get home. Grr!
