That was the case with the old apg. With the new one, the have been a couple I am 100% sure I've used, but they still ask for the details.

Unless you keep records yourself or fancy ringing the apg team (who probably wouldn't know), there is no way of knowing if they have previously been used.

You could cross reference voucher values (MNFCTRS COUPO -£value) on your new receipts against the values that come up when running them through the asda price guarantee - ofc that only works if the values are different on each voucher and have kept all your new receipts.

Argghh  sada phone centre in SA is running me round in circles. They are telling that I have used more than £100 in evouchers in the last month and the system has automatically suspended me and they have no way of re activating my account. My calculations say I haven't used that much and they are saying they can't tell me how much I have used.

    That is all :)

According to their T&Cs you cannot be awarded more than £100 in a calendar month, it doesn't mention a limit on spending.

I'm sure someone else had to point that out to them and got their account back in the end, can't remember who though.

You can just imagine the laughs they are having at our expense . I have a friend that was really fed up and angry with her partner over being left out of a fun day out with 'his' kids so she cleaned her toilet with his shower towel and derived enormous pleasure out of watching him go into the bathroom to freshen up before his evening meal :rotfl::rotfl:

It's been weight adjusted as the portion size in Tesco is 540g for £2

    £2 * 600g/540g = £2.2222222

Maybe the pack size changed in Tesco ? or they just finished putting the weights in their system.
