Anyone been able to find the free yoghurt in Waities for COS, went in lats night but nothing, not even a space on the shelf. :/
yes, all three flavours - was surprised, hadn't expected them to be stocked as they seem to be new products and my stores are usually slow...
there is a separate shelf for Greek style yogurts...

Aw sorry to disappoint you zippy. A really good glitch on lager, beer or cider would be great though. Morrisons have the following packs on offer for £10.00 at the moment which is a good price, but I don't know if the prices would be picked up on apg -
    Carling 20x440ml cans
    Stella Artois 20x284ml bottles
    Budweiser 20x300ml bottles
John Smiths Extra Smooth 18x440ml cans
    Strongbow 20x440ml

Just bought x 4 on separate receipts (CS and CoS for me and Mrs Anon) with Doritos (2 for £2) and a few extras to use Walkers vouchers too :). Be careful you check the flavour as only ginger, vanilla and coconut included in the offer.

In the Greek Yoghurt section - Yeo were in three different sections.

Morning all, its still sunny :j

weighed myself for the first time in 10 days and I have lost

    0.1 pound

what is wrong with me -I am managing to stay static on yogurt and a banana in the morning, normal dinner at night with maybe one walkers crisp snack at night and a mini aldi ice cream - and I've been doing my steps as well - no daytime snacking. The only day that was different was when we went to Chester on Sunday when we went to Pizza express

I think I have to rethink this. My reasoning was that by the time youngest son came back to the UK or at least by the time we went on the next planned holiday if I loose one pound a week there would be a Significant Improvement - this is not working.

Just jumping in and read your post... Maybe you have cut down too much. There is research that suggests if your calorie intake is reduced dramatically your body reacts by keeping hold of the calories/body mass you have in order to protect it. It's like your body thinks you are starving so stores what you already have to survive if that makes sense.?

    :hello:

Who was up and out of the door before 5am this morning to join the masses outside next?
I gave it a miss this year as I had a first vip slot online, we didn't need much but I managed most on my list:j really pleased about that

Busy with holiday preparations:) suitcase dusted off;) clothes everywhere in little piles waiting to be packed hair being coloured as we speak banishing those sneaky greys for a couple more weeks ;)

No walkers Mocs here either. I'm only waiting on one as I put most of them on my Shopit app and used them that way. Hope those awaiting lots get them delivered soon :)

Long time no see :o Hope everyone is well.

I have no idea what is happening on the glitching front, haven't read anymore than the last couple of pages. Could really do with getting back into it though, although it does feel like a rather daunting task!
