She was in Geordie Shore and was a tramp ( sorry to insult tramps) She regularly peed in the sink, wet the bed, got blind drunk and had sex on tv with someone called Gaz. Still as is the way with our world today she is now a celeb. She got fat to do a fitness dvd and is now slim. What a world we live in. Not someone I would consider a role model. Her Mum must be so proud

I agree Rose, she's certainly not a role model for young girls. And to think the British public voted her the winner (shakes head) says it all about what the worlds coming too.

    Hello AJ ~
Hows your knee? Mum's got have hers done, they are a good price:T:T

Knee is good, great to be pain free even if it is only in that one knee :rotfl:

Physio was hard but got signed off with her a while back. Driving has been the bugbear as I've been so apprehensive about doing an emergency stop

Having said that, I am driving just short distances, furthest I've done is to Ipswich and back, maybe 30 mile round trip.

Well worth having it done as I say, will need the left one done at some point
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

I must have climbed and gone down two sets of steps about 16 times today  One of them is twice the size of a normal staircase too, and we had to dodge the newly painted handrails and the suchlike. Still, job done :D
