That was a quick catch up - everyone must have had a restful sleep last night - or been at work :)

I've just had a look at the co op meal deal for £5 - fab for filling the freezer esp if you also add walkers - are co ops ok at accepting MOCs?
Sadly barbecue flavour pizza - urgg

If you google coop £5 frozen meal deal it takes you to the coop website and you can see exactly what to get

Have you been bitten by a tick? Make sure it in't still on you they swell up to the size of a large ladybird. Have you been out walking in long grass thats how they are normally picked up. I hope you feel better soon, best get in touch with the docs if not.

How kind of you to think about me when you are undergoing chemo at the moment. My heartfelt wishes go out to you on this horrible journey.

They say attitude is a massive part of the treatment these days, and that is the best attitude to have. I am sure you will do fine :)

Good news! CIF Express are £1 in Mr.T (confirmed) and Sainsbobs so time to dig out those £1 mymail MOC (still available). No excuses for mucky floors now, LOL

I've looked at mys - don't quite trust it but it says
Lemon and apple Sada £1.50/£1 !!!!!!

The orchid one is not listed

Mind you it's change over day so who knows if it works or not but on the
    Sada v !!!!!! list
    Toothbrushes for Shopotize
    Cif express lemon and apple

Have to have a look at the glitch shops now to see what else might go on this list - are all current glitch shop click and collect or HD?
