Share of freehold

Hi,
my offer is accepted for a share of freehold flat. there are currently three flats in a small block. I have been told that each flat also has their own separate garden which is physically separated.
I bought the registry details from land registry and it says that "the freehold land...." which is fine. However, in terms of owners it has 3 owners names (Flat A, B, and C). and under Title absolute it mentions the 3 owners again. Under schedule of notices of leases, it mentions about Flat A, B, and C and their corresponding leases which all are 999 years from 2014. However, It is not possible to see who owns which flat? who owns A, B and C not clear among those 3 names.
and the second question is that under the leases section it mentions that "Top Floor Flat 34C", "First Floor Flat 34B", and "Basement Floor Flat 34A and Garden". So does it mean that garden only belongs to the basement ?
thanks, Ozgur

I don't think you are quite right. The three flats will be leasehold with all owners owning a share of the freehold. This is fairly normal.
Your solicitor will have to decide your other queries, but I am surprised you made an offer on a property without clarifying who has what garden!0
