Hi,

We have just had an offer accepted on a property we would like to purchase (first time buyers) our offer was accepted at 87K and we have a £10200 deposit (10K gifted deposit from girlfriend).

Nationwide have given us a DIP (Who I bank with) for more than we wanted to borrow, I am currently employed under a FTC for the past 13months which has now been extended until October this year is this likely to cause us many issues (I earn £22418 PA) with no credit card or HP/Loan debt.

I have an appointment booked with them in branch to go through the full application what questions can I expect them to ask me?

Also I have a job interview tomorrow for a job which is a permanent contract and slightly more money (extra 2k a year) would this effect the application if I was successful and accepted the job?

Thanks,

Cameron
