It's a badly-run business which dismisses customer complaints simply because they are unjustified. Any complaint means a confused or disgruntled customer and they will get you a lot more bad publicity than you will ever get good publicity from the majority of happy customers.

As with any customer based business, there is always room or scope to improve especially when it is expanding rapidly and we have taken on new contractors and we are not naive to think we cannot improve further.

We are also looking to change the telephone system in the near future.
